Appricot is growing quickly and here we are once again in search of a go-getter. This time our team is looking for an aspiring account manager to take part in nurturing our existing clients and further growing our business. This is a full time position based in Belgrade. Responsibilities:
- Cater the needs of our online partners by everyday communication to maintain and improve our business relations
- Keep track of the partner performance on a daily basis
- Lead face-to-face meetings and hold presentations at international conferences
- Gather and analyze daily, monthly and quarterly data in order to reach significant revenue targets and create new business strategies
- Use skills such as good organization, communication, planning and prioritization, with strong attention to details to be able to perform daily tasks within company (reporting to supervisor on a daily, monthly and quarterly basis)
- Provide top notch service to valuable customers
- Available to travel on international conferences several times a year
The ideal candidate will:
- Be fluent in English
- Demonstrate exceptional usage of CRM
- Have extensive experience in online media sales
- Have a strong business sense and be able to carry out and handle crucial negotiations
- Have the capacity to recognize new opportunities and act upon them
- Be a skilled user of MS Office / Google Apps
- Be acquainted with Project Management and Project Tracking tools
- Have an understanding of HTML, SEO
- Having knowledge on Affiliate Marketing (both CPA and Revenue Sharing) or even have experience in the field (candidates with experience in this field will have advantage)
- Be familiar with Affiliate Platforms tracking
- Possess valuable experience in managing accounts
- Work with ad servers and organize digital campaigns
